Original Productions for
Underserved Artists in Need

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

WorldWide Musicians United supports emerging musical talents in need through guidance, resources, and professional-grade production services.

WWMU has orchestrated a wide range of successful original productions with community-minded musicians all over the world. By helping underprivileged but gifted musicians gain access to the resources and technology needed to realize their dreams, we’re laying the foundation for the next generation of youth leadership WorldWide.

Our Artists in Need initiative not only provides the technical assistance and infrastructure necessary to complete successful recording projects, but also adapts to the unique needs of the beneficiaries in question.

Examples of additional assistance have included:

  • Building a recording studio (and brand new community hub) from the ground up
  • Installing internet in a remote area to facilitate development opportunities for the community at large
  • Providing musical instruments, recording equipment, and studio/rehearsal spaces
  • Administering remote and in-person music lessons and production classes (including snacks for hungry students!)
  • Assisting with the creation of websites, music videos, and other essential digital media
  • Coordinating workshops and live performances
  • Educating local project coordinators and community leaders, including via certifications and scholarships
  • Providing coaching and strategies for career advancement and increased exposure

…all while fairly compensating the local studios, audio engineers, producers, musicians, videographers, photographers, and other creatives involved in our work.

  • The Power of Sound and Music – Through this and other documentary films and special events, WWMU has been a platform for community-minded artists (including CA-based Joshua W. Bruner, Joe Patitucci, and SABi) to garner exposure for their innovative and industry-changing ideas
  • Audio Engineering & Music Production Certifications and Scholarships – WWMU looks forward to extending its successful track record of educating local leaders so they can advance their careers and better serve their communities, especially here in our home state and the broader U.S.

Program highlights and benefits:
